Cancelation and No-Show Policy
Life is unpredictable, and unforeseen situations may arise. Please communicate any issues promptly. However, as a small business, last-minute cancellations and no-shows can be detrimental.
Effective immediately, a 48-hour notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 100% service price charge.
You will receive a confirmation text 72 hours before your appointment as a courtesy.
